Mr. Marcus Walker holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Accounting with an emphasis in Tax from Brigham Young University (BYU). He earned his law degree from BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law School. Before graduating from law school, Mr. Walker gained experience with a large transaction firm, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Honorable Kent J. Dawson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.
Mr. Walker focuses on estate planning, trust and probate administration, tax planning, and business structuring. He has guided families through their estate plan to support loved ones, protect assets, and transfer wealth in a tax-efficient manner. He has advised clients on trust administration and probate matters. He has also helped business owners in the sale or acquisition of business assets in mergers and acquisitions transactions. Mr. Walker is conversational in Spanish and enjoys assisting Spanish-speaking clients with their legal needs. A ninth-generation Nevadan, Mr. Walker was raised in Boulder City. Outside of work, he is active in church and community activities. He’s an avid golfer, a lifelong basketball fan, and happiest on the water during Southern Nevada’s long summers.
